See  someone or something suspicious? (anyone trying to open locked car doors, jumping the fence, tampering with gate box or the lighting) 
Call 911 immediately or let us know and we will make the  call!   Be assured calls are kept confidential.
Freezing weather is coming. Let's prep by doing the followings: 
1. Let faucets slowly drip*.
2. Set the heater above 60 degrees.
3. Open cabinet doors to allow the heat to reach the pipes.
4. Close off unneeded rooms and place towels or rags in cracks under doors/windows. 
5. Have a flashlight and extra batteries available in case power goes out. 
6. Close outside storage door on your patio/balcony to protect any pipes behind the exterior walls. 
7. Bring your temp-sensitive plants in or cover them. 
8. Please do not leave your dog(s) outside on the patio/balcony.
9. Please check on the elderly and disabled, our community is stronger when we look out for each other. 
10. Please use cautious when using the stairs and sidewalks during freezing temps. Ice could possibly build and cause a hazard. Proper footwear is ideal too. When in doubt, stay indoors! 

Please share these tips to help others!  

*We know some worry about the expense of water usage by allowing faucets to drip, nonetheless, we rather have an increase in usage than the expenses of busted pipes! ​

Dear Residents:

The pool company will soon begin working on a project which will result in the pool area being closed. A sign will also be posted at the pool stating it is closed. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed in a few weeks.
