Dear Residents:
With the warmer weather, there is more activity, particularly at the pool. Below are a few reminders. If your unit is leased, please share these with your tenant(s). Pet waste and Trash: Residents must immediately pick up after their animals anywhere on the property and dispose of properly. The animal walk areas include the grassy area that borders the fence of the perimeter of the property. All trash must be placed inside a dumpster. If the dumpster is full, please find one that is not full. Trash cans at the mail area are only for discarded mail, not household trash, which creates odors and attracts animals and rodents. These violations carry an immediate fine of $50-$200 plus disposal/cleanup costs. |
The property now has two pet waste stations in the large common area. We have reports of dog waste being left around the picnic area. If you see any pet owner leaving behind waste, please contact the management company with a pet/owner description at [email protected]
Therefore effective immediately, anytime a resident does not immediately clean up after their pet, it will be considered a violation and the unit owner will be fined $50. There will be no exceptions to this rule. For second or subsequent violations, the fines increase incrementally and the owner puts their pet at risk of being permanently removed from the property. Furthermore, this requirement also extends to the vacant lot on the premises, which the Association is responsible to maintain.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank the dog owners who walk their pets in the designated areas and who pick up after those who have accidents.

Owners wanting the HOA to impose a poopcrimelab please notify your board of directors to have it discussed in a future board meeting.
