NOTICE OF FIRE INSPECTION
April 23, 2024
To: Oak Creek Residents:
The Annual Fire Inspection will take place this year on Monday, May 13, 2024, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:45 p.m.
If it cannot be completed in one day, the inspection will recommence on Tuesday, May 14, 2024. This is a mandatory fire alarm test per local fire alarm City ordinances.
The Association requires access to your unit. During the past few years, we have found an increasing number of keys on file no longer work, which is causing a larger percentage of units to fail or show as "unknown". We realize that over the years, owners will change their locks, or re-key. If your unit has been re-keyed within the past 3 years, please send us an updated key to your unit if your are unable to be present during testing. Please remit the current key to manager Lori Welsh at the address on the letterhead above. If you have a door keypad, please provide the code to our office if you are unable to be present.
Unfortunately, no special arrangements or accommodations can be made for individual residents.
If your unit fails the inspection and a sensor is replaced, or if we cannot gain access to your unit, you will be notified via mail, and charged for this once the inspection is complete.
The alarm vendor and the Association request that you keep your pets in their home kennels during the inspection.
Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation.
Sincerely,
Managing Agent
